Alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels Ageing: In French oak barrels for 4 months on the yeasts with a weekly bâtonnage Tasting notes: Straw yellow with goldish reflections; mellow floral notes, peach and delicate vanilla hints pervade the nose.
