Domaine Houchart is one of the original Provence Rosés. Situated at the foot of Mount St. Victoire near Aix enProvence, its terroir benefits from tremendous sunshine and vineyards sheltered from the powerful Mistral winds, setting the stage for first-class winemaking. Rejuvenated in 1890 when purchased by AurelienHouchart, theestate was later named after him by his great-great granddaughter, Genevieve Quiot. Today, Domaine Houchart is owned and run by Genevieve’s children, Florence and Jean-Baptiste Quiot. Domaine Houchart is one of few remaining true estate-bottled Provence Rosés, known for its bursting flavor and tremendous freshness.
